1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Lukado (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our website.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

Users must be 18 years or older to place orders.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

 

3. PRODUCTS & PRICING

All product prices are displayed in INR (₹).

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

However, once an order is successfully placed and confirmed, the price applicable at the time of order will remain fixed for that order.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, technical glitches, or incorrect listings.

 

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

A. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid orders) or order confirmation (for COD orders).

B. Cancellation by Customer

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

After delivery, customers may initiate return as per Return Policy.

C. Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of:

Pricing errors

Stock unavailability

Suspected fraudulent activity

Technical issues

Repeated COD abuse

If payment has been made, a refund or alternative resolution will be provided.

 

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

Estimated delivery time is 7–10 working days from dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, location, or external factors.

In case of significant delay beyond estimated timeline:

Customer may choose to wait,

Receive a coupon, or

Request a refund (subject to evaluation).

 

6. PREPAID DELIVERY FAILURE

If prepaid delivery fails:

Two delivery attempts will be made.

Company will attempt contact for 3 consecutive days.

If unreachable, a coupon equivalent to the paid amount may be issued.

Refund may not be processed if customer remains unresponsive.

 

7. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

COD is available on most pincodes.

COD is disabled for:

Orders above ₹2000

Orders with more than 10 items

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in:

COD restriction

Temporary account suspension

Permanent account suspension

COD may be reactivated after successful prepaid order completion and expiry of return window without issue.

 

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return window:

72 hours via website

Additional 7 days via customer support

Total: 10 days from delivery

Conditions:

Product must be unused

All accessories must be included

No intentional damage

Product swapping or manipulation may lead to rejection

Refunds:

Processed within 1–3 working days after inspection

Refund via Bank Transfer or UPI only

No cash refunds

Coupon alternative may be offered in certain cases

Repeated abuse of return policy may lead to restrictions.

 

9. REPEATED RETURNS POLICY

1st & 2nd return: No action

3rd consecutive return: COD blocked

4th consecutive return: Temporary account suspension (30 days)

Repeated abuse: Permanent suspension

If a successful non-return order occurs, return count resets.

 

10. PRODUCT CONDITION & DISCLAIMER

Minor color variation may occur due to screen settings.

All items are artificial jewellery.

No warranty is provided.

Return window applies for defects or issues.

 

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content including:

Text

Logos

Images

Graphics

AI-generated content

Product descriptions

are the property of Lukado and protected under applicable copyright laws.

Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

 

12. FRAUD & MISUSE

We reserve the right to:

Cancel suspicious orders

Block accounts

Deny refunds

Initiate legal action in case of:

Product swapping

Intentional damage

Payment fraud

Repeated COD misuse

 

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Lukado’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the order in question.

We are not liable for:

Indirect losses

Courier delays beyond control

Force majeure events

 

14. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for delay or failure due to:

Natural disasters

Government restrictions

Political unrest

Strikes

Logistics disruption

In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the issue.

 

15. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

Accounts may be restricted or permanently suspended for:

Fraudulent behavior

Repeated policy abuse

Misuse of promotions

Customers will be informed where applicable.

 

16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We are not responsible for policies of:

Payment gateway

Courier partners

Advertising platforms

 

17. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

18. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.
